Hello hello! Hope everyone is doing well, back with another monthly update.💃
---
[🍒]Doing something a little different process wise - decided to adapt a color pencil sketch I liked from earlier in the month. Still haven't decided if I want to try to maintain the shading from the original or figure out a more digital-specific adaptation, but thought this design might look nice as a sticker.
If I have time, I'm a little curious how this might look on some specialty stock (clear sticker?), so might try to go through a professional service this time to get things printed. Not sure!
Actually had a few ideas for the sticker this month so we'll see if I stick with this or decide to change things up last minute. Either way, a reminder that I have a dedicated feed to track updates on Bluesky!

Been quite busy with a new contract job, my first in-office role in about five years. It's definitely been a strange transition after working out of my home office for so long, and it's my first formal role since being officially diagnosed with a chronic condition, so been trying to pace myself where I can... If I'm somewhat spotty these coming months, this is why :')
Despite this, been trying to make stuff! Been going through my drafts and trying to finally finish some pieces, some of which are over three years old... current ones I'm plucking away at:
And some recently finished pieces:
Haven't decided if I'll print these just yet, but if I do they'll be up in the shop ASAP👌

Sunnyside Arts had another group gallery opening recently, with the theme "In Memory". I have two fairly personal pieces up for viewing for the rest of the month, dedicated to bottled feelings I've had for the past half decade or so about family, commuting, love, etc.
The meaning's probably vague (purposefully) on surface viewing, so if you ever catch me in-person I'd be happy to talk about it more in depth. Either way, definitely drop by the shop to see it (and more cool pieces from other local artists!).

Another incredibly old draft, for funsies:

That's all for now I think... have a few other things I'm planning around at the moment (I'm impulsively bought a tattoo machine lol), but think I'll talk about them more properly in a future update. As usual, thank you for the continued support, and I hope everyone is staying safe, happy, and healthy.
Cheers 👋
