Shipping policy

Due to the tight nature of my schedule, orders are done in rounds and shipped out when that time period is over. Unless this period is defined, orders are generally prepped through the weekend and shipped out on Monday/Tuesday which can take up to two weeks to fulfill.

*NOTE: I am now living in a household with a shorthaired cat. If there are any concerns about this, please contact me at tocorviday@gmail.com before your order.

PACKAGE INFORMATION:

  • For orders including PREORDERS, items will be fulfilled all at once when the preordered items arrive and are handled. If you would like non-preorder items sooner, please leave a note or order them separately.
  • For orders with only STICKERS/SMALL ITEMS, to minimize my shipping footprint, they will on default be sent using an untracked stamped envelope. If tracking is needed, please let the shop know. Likewise, if the shop automatically considers this package "heavy", small items will be shipped instead with default tracked packaging; if you would like to save on shipping in this case, please reach out to the shop.
  • For orders with POSTERS, because of the nature of the items being shipped, large prints/posters will be sent in a large mailer or poster tube catering to the print size. Because of this, posters will be shipped separately from the rest of the order. If this is an issue, please let the shop know.
  • At any point if shipping costs seem abnormally high, please reach out to the shop! This storefront has a lot going on, so there's a chance you might have run into a shipping bug, or we can attempt to arrange something cheaper.

IMPORTANT: As of December 13th, 2505, GPSR regulations to the EU will prevent me from shipping to most locations in Europe for the time being with my current resources. Any physical orders made there will be refunded. Items that can fit into a small stamped envelope may be able to be shipped.

I will be researching ways around this and digital goods will still be available for purchase and download, but until then I'm sorry for any inconvenience!
